Logistics provider Vanderlande has been named the best employer in the Netherlands, achieving a score of 8.0 for employee satisfaction.
In the Best Employers Awards, Vanderlande was also named number one in the category ‘Employers with More than 1,000 Employees’ and the best employer in the ‘Manufacturing and Industry’ category.
The awards acknowledge best-in-class companies in terms of areas such as organisational pride, employee opportunity and employee satisfaction.
