Major changes have been announced at Agrokor Group companies with new CEOs being brought in to both Mercator and Konzum.
Former CEO of Mercator Toni Balažič has stepped down to be replaced by long time managing director of Mercator Croatia, Tomislav Čizmić.
At the same time, Konzum's former CEO Slavko Ledić will be replaced by Teo Vujčić who was CEO of Dijamant in Zrenjanin.
Vladimir Milović, current director of sales and marketing at Dijamant will take over as the new CEO of Dijamant.
The group announced that the changes in management of Agrokor’s key retail and food production companies 'are aimed at further strengthening Agrokor’s position in Croatia and the region'.
