Auchan is to sponsor and co-produce the the fourth series of French television show Top Chef, in which members of the public take part in a culinary competition using products from Auchan hypermarkets, Linéaires.com reports.
The show is being made by French television station M6 in conjunction with Auchan. Reportedly, this season will see the winning contestants from previous years competing with one another
Different episodes will be shot at different locations in France where Auchan has a high hypermarket-density. These are Brétigny-sur-Orge, Roncq, Périgueux, Bordeaux-Lac, Semécourt, Le Pontet, and Saint-Priest.
M6 is the third-most-watched television network in the Francophone world, and the most lucrative private French TV network.
