Coop Switzerland is to appoint two new members to its logistics and properties departments from next May.
Daniel Hintermann will take over the role of manager of logistics, replacing Leo Ebeneter, who retires after 38 years at Coop. Hintermann is currently responsible for the logistics in north-west Switzerland. He has been active in the Coop Group for 15 years.
The role of property manager, currently held by Jean-Marc Chapuis' (who has spent 34 years at Coop) will be taken by Christian Coppey. Coppey has experience in retailing and architecture at a variety of other businesses, and starts work with Coop in January, ahead of his full appointment in May.
