Continente Promotes Organic And Healthy Products In Stores

The growing demand for healthy and organic products has motivated Continente to create a space dedicated to these products in stores.

Called 'Area Bio e Saudável', the new offering consists of more than 200 brands and offers more than 2,000 products.

The new space is already present in many stores operated by the Sonae-owned group, such as in the Continente hypermarket in the Colombo Shopping Mall, and in Matosinhos.

New Thinking

Continente has been offering healthy and organic products for several years, but the development of a defined organic and healthy department has led to an expansion of the number of brands and references present in the stores, meeting the growing demand of the Portuguese for these type of products.

Two of the brands that are now available in the Continente stores are Urtekram and Rude Health, which in Portugal are marketed exclusively by Continente and Go Natural.
