The deputy director of purchasing at Spanish retailer El Corte Inglés, Borja de la Cierva, has decided to vacate his position at the company, according to Europa Press.
De la Cierva, who has worked for the retail group since 2006, formalised his decision last week and insisted that is in response to "personal reasons".
Before working for El Corte Inglés, De la Cierva was CFO at Inditex, and joined El Corte Inglés as part of a reorganisation of its purchasing division.
