French drinks group Belvedere has announced that former Rémy Cointreau boss, Jean-Noël Reynaud, is to become the next CEO of the company.
Belvedere last week confirmed that Reynauld, who is currently an executive at dairy group Lactilis, will assume the position of CEO from May 5 onwards.
Reynaud was formerly CEO of of Central Eastern Europe and CEO of Caribbean and Latin America for 14 years at Rémy Cointreau.
In addition, Belvédère announced Krzystof Trylinski will remain as chairman of the board of directors.
Reynaud is set to take up his position as CEO on 5 May, with Trylinksi continuing to continue as the overall manager of Belvédère until this date.
Commenting on the decision, Trylinski said he was “delighted” to see Reynaud join Belvédère and that his experience would bring a “new period of growth to the company”.
Reynaud said he would take up his position with “confidence, commitment and ambition”, and trusted in all members of the company to work together to build a “sustainable and profitable” dynamic together.
