Musical Chairs At PepsiCo France

Bruno Thévenin, the director of the Food and Drink divisions at PepsiCo France, is to be named the directer-general of their fruit juice label Tropicana for Europe and South Africa.

His position on the PepsiCo board of directors will be filled by two people: Emmanuel Pinteaux, who has been placed in charge of Drinks and Cereals, and Anne-Sophie Carrier, who has been named responsible for Food and Regulatory Affairs.

Thévenin began working with PepsiCo France in 1993. He took control of their drinks department in 2009, and their food department the following year.

Emmanuel Pinteaux has been the marketing director of PepsiCo France's Soft Drinks portfolio since 2008. He is credited with contributing to the growth the company has enjoyed over the last number of years. His part in the re-launch of Lipton Ice Tea is regarded as instrumental.

Anne-Sophie Carrier, who joined PepsiCo France in 2004, played a particularly important role in the development of the products Tropicana and Bénénuts. More recently, she headed the marketing operation of PepsiCo France's Soft Drinks division, which is noted for its promotion of Pepsi Next in France.
