Rémy Cointreau Revamps Logo, Motto And Website
Rémy Cointreau has revamped its website, motto and logo, in a move the French drinks company says will ‘reaffirm its identity.’
It wants to express the original values and traditions of its methods and products ‘with greater force and individuality,’ it says. Its new motto is ‘Terroirs [land], People and Time’.
Valérie Chapoulaud-Floquet, CEO of the group, said, "While the Group's brands each have their own identities, they share strong common values, instilled by the Group. We want these values to be brought to life in a more visible way for all our audiences. The redesign of the visual identity and corporate website is a first step."
Rémy's chairman, François Hériard Dubreuil, added, "Each of our products is associated with a specific terroir. Men and women work this land to get the best possible out of it. And the full value of this work is only realised many years later. This bond, which connects our customers to the terroirs through these people, represents the whole truth and nobility of our mission."
The company reported consolidated sales of €513.4 million for the half-year finishing 30 September 2016, representing 4.1% growth on an organic basis.
