The Italian food manufacturer Drogheria e Alimentari, leaders in spice manufacturing, is increasingly aware that spices and aromatic herbs are getting more and more important and critical as far as food safety is concerned.
For this reason, the company set out to inform customers about the current situation, the dangers and what you can do to operate safely by holding a conference called “The use of spices in food: small doses, great responsibility" recently.
