Dulcesol Group Presents Important Innovations At Biofach

The Spanish food company Dulcesol Group is presenting numerous product innovations under its brands Be Plus and Dulcesol, at the Biofach 2019 trade show, taking place in Nuremberg this week (13-16 February).

The Be Plus range of organic and healthy products products offers a new way of taking care of yourself, which forms the basis of a new lifestyle that prevails in Europe and in many other markets.

We all know the importance of a balanced diet and an active lifestyle, and Be Plus can make it easier. Be Plus products offer a fast, simple and non-additive way to always have healthy food on hand.

Product Offering

At Biofach 2019, Be Plus is presenting a new range of salads with ecological certification, oriented to modern life and comfort while also being healthy.

Four recipes are presented: rice with vegetables and beans; rice with quinoa and legumes; quinoa and beet; and couscous and curried vegetables – all easy to heat and serve.

A series of different and ready-to-eat spreads are also presented with four varieties: traditional style hummus, sobrasada style tomato millet, lentil hummus and guacamole.

The Dulcesol Group product family has also been expanded with the launch of Be Plus creams: a new collection of twelve 100% organic purees, ready to consume and enjoy directly, either inside or outside the home.

The range consists of recipes based on healthy and high quality food, all are without gluten and, depending on the variety, do not contain lactose. In addition, most are suitable for vegans.

They are certified as organic food by the Valencian Community and have been made from organic ingredients and developed according to Spanish and European regulations applied to organic farming and livestock.

In addition, as well as having excellent flavour, they meet all the quality parameters required.

Recipes include zucchini, mushroom, pumpkin, Mediterranean, vichyssoise and spinach, which also incorporates the microalga chlorella, famous for its regenerative power. Customers can also choose purees that combine vegetables with chicken or sea bass.

At the same time, there is a complete line of children's products, with baby pots and fruit bags under the Be Plus brand.

Also present is the line of Be Plus Smoothies available in four varieties, an antioxidant reference (red fruits, beet, banana, carrot and quinoa); an 'energizer' variety (mango, apple, pineapple, pumpkin, orange, ginseng and matcha tea); 'Detox' (pear, grape, chlorella algae, artichoke, matcha tea, broccoli and spinach); and a fourth boasting relaxing properties (mango, pineapple, banana, oats, rooibos, lemon verbena, lime and chamomile).

Elsewhere, the Dulcesol pastries and bread brand is presenting organic bread, certified by Valencian Community regulations, whose ingredients come entirely from organic production.

It is a product made with selected raw materials of quality, is a source of fibre and proteins, and, like the rest of the specialties, is suitable for vegans.

Dulcesol is also presenting muffins certified and produced according to the best traditional Spanish recipes.
