Spanish retailers are preparing for what they expect to be one of the best Christmas seasons in history.
As reported by elconfidencialdigital.com, El Corte Inglés, Carrefour and Amazon are the companies that plan to hire the largest amount of seasonal staff during the forthcoming holidays.
In total, these three companies are likely to hire an estimated of 16,000 workers in order to deal with increased demand. This recruitment process is underway at the moment and is expected to continue until mid-November.
El Corte Inglés is going to be the biggest creator of seasonal jobs, with plans to strengthen its workforce by approximately 8,000 workers, 1,000 more than during Christmas in 2015.
