Entry Process Under Way For European Private Label Awards 2018
ESM: The European Supermarket Magazine is proud to present the European Private Label Awards, a new contest to determine the most impactful and innovative store brands in Europe’s supermarkets.
With private-label market share now at an all-time high across Europe, and innovative store brands now penetrating even the most diverse of supermarket categories, the European Private Label Awards have been developed as a badge of honour for both retailers and suppliers investing in this growing market.
The European Private Label Awards 2018 will be divided into 11 categories: Dairy Products; Convenience Foods; Ambient Grocery; Confectionery & Snacking; Beverages (Non-Alcoholic); Beverages (Alcoholic); Meat & Seafood; Non-Food (Household); Non-Food (Personal Care); Frozen Food; and Pet Care.
How To Enter
The nominations process for the European Private Label Awards 2018 runs from 1 July to 16 October 2017, with judging for the awards taking place in late October.
ESM has devised a team comprised of renowned experts in private label, as well as a panel of chefs and consumers, to judge this year's awards. Finalists will be revealed in Issue 6 - 2017 of ESM, which is due to be published in late November. Winners will be revealed in Issue 1 - 2018, which will be published in mid-February.
