Philosofish S.A. is a Greek aquaculture company that specialises in sea bass and sea bream. It was launched 35 years ago in the town of Larymna in the Phiotida region in Greece.

The founders of Philosofish, formerly known as Bitsakos Aquaculture, were among the first movers in Greek aquaculture.

The company is joining the ranks of the largest producers of fish in the Mediterranean region with its recent acquisition of new assets that will result in an annual production of more than 16,000 tonnes.
