European recycled-packaging company DS Smith Plc has announced the acquisition of point-of-sale specialist Creo.
In-store marketing company Creo, located in south-east England, is focused on FMCG, retail and media markets.
The CEO of DS Smith, Miles Roberts, said, “We are delighted to welcome Creo into the DS Smith Group and look forward to building on our joint expertise in this area. This investment in display further enhances our leading customer offering in this important and growing market segment.”
