Migros Expands Vegan Offering, Introduces Oatly

  • Swiss retailer Migros has announced plans to expand its range of plant-based products, which already includes over 650 certified vegan items.

    The new additions range from salmon substitute made from carrots to vegan cheese alternatives.

    The Range

    The new products under its V-Love brand include, among others, salmon substitute, developed and manufactured by Micarna; Chili sin Carne; oat drink fortified with calcium; and vegan Margherita pizza.

    The vegan cheese substitute range will see the addition of coconut oil-based sliced ​​cheese and feta, mozzarella, and almond-based grated cheese.

    Elsewhere, Migros has also added the popular chilled oat drink from Oatly to its vegan offering.

    The retailer's vegan range includes more than 20 milk substitute products from V-Love and Alnatura.
