German retailer Tegut will launch a new store format 'QUARTIER' at Bahnhofstraße 25 in Fulda in March of this year .
The retailer has unveiled the location of the first store featuring a 'tegut... QUARTIER' logo.
The newly rented branch is also the first in Germany to be assigned the new concept.
Head of sales convenience markets, Thomas Stäb, commented, "We will reveal exactly what is hidden behind 'tegut... QUARTIER' during the opening in March.
"Just this much: the green in the logo is indeed supposed to be an indication of the assortment. 'tegut... QUARTIER' brings above all freshness to the quarter."
Stäb added that the new shop is a "prototype of this new concept," and will gradually be implemented across all stores.
The store will serve as an outlet for gathering valuable experience and learning from the feedback of customers.
