Arneg obtained ISO 14001 certification in 2007, and has been designing and manufacturing products with close attention to environmental aspects.
Convinced of Lavoisier's assertion that "nothing is lost, nothing is created, everything is transformed", the company evaluates every phase in the life cycle of its refrigerated cabinets.
The processes and materials conform to the most recent safety and environmental standards to cut CO2 emissions in the production process.
In the past 10 years, Arneg has achieved around a 59% reduction in the kilograms of CO2 equivalent associated with the production of a refrigerated cabinets.
Arneg collects old refrigerated cabinets that have surpassed their life cycle and ensures that they are disposed of by authorised companies, which use the latest systems to treat waste and guarantee a recycling rate of 96%.
The company also focuses on developing new technical solutions for reducing energy consumption, as about 95% of the environmental impact of its products is attributed to electricity consumption.
Some of the most innovative solutions adopted by Arneg include, among others, electronic expansion valves, low-energy electronic fans, glass doors in wall cabinets, and ARNEG AIR SYSTEM technology.
