Coop Denmark has given its tenants the option to postpone the payment of rent for three months in light of the coronavirus pandemic.

The retailer has approximately 190 tenants in its properties throughout Denmark.

The retailer added that it is mainly shops, service areas, production and warehousing centres that are on lease.

Earlier, Coop Denmark offered advance payment to around 378 small local suppliers.
