Lenta Opens 15th Supermarket In St. Petersburg
Russian retail chain Lenta has announced that it has opened its 15th supermarket in St. Petersburg.
The new store is a medium format supermarket, with a total area of 1,300 square metres (692 square metres of selling space) and is open from 8.00 am till 11.00 pm, seven days a week. The store will have six cash registers.
The store is stocked with over 4,800 SKUs, which have been specifically tailored to the residents of St. Petersburg, including Lenta’s private labels and federal product ranges alongside local produce.
This opening in St. Petersburg is Lenta’s eighth supermarket opening in 2017 and brings the total number of Lenta stores to 195 hypermarkets in 78 cities across Russia and 56 supermarkets in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk and the Central region.
