Campbell's Introduces 'Star Wars' Soup Cans

Campbell Soup Company has collaborated with Disney and Lucasfilm to launch a new series of Star Wars-themed soup labels for its range of products aimed at children.

The new labels feature characters from the upcoming film Star Wars: The Last Jedi, including Rey, Finn, BB-8, Captain Phasma and the Praetorian Guard.

“We are excited to continue to work with Disney and Lucasfilm for the third year to bring fans a new set of limited-edition Star Wars licensed soups to celebrate the latest film in the saga,” said Yin Woon Rani, Campbell's chief consumer experience officer.

To promote the new packaging initiative, Campbell Soup also plans to create a Star Wars-inspired 'canstellation' in New York City this weekend.

The interactive installation will feature characters from the film made entirely out of soup cans.
