PepsiCo Beverages Italy has selected Rexam's Fusion aluminium bottle as its container of choice for a limited edition 'Beyoncé' themed bottle, which features a graphic pop-art portrait of the singer.
Rexam said that the bottle was selected due to stand-out shape along with the high graphic potential offered by Rexam's high definition printing methods.
Barbara Saba, CSD marketing and engagement channel manager for PepsiCo Beverages Italy, said, “We work collaboratively with Rexam to develop creative solutions that not only support our products from a technical perspective, but add value to our marketing messaging.
“The can and in particular the Fusion aluminium bottle is so much more than Pepsi packaging, it communicates our brand vision to the end consumer.”
The limited edition 'Beyoncé' bottle is printed with the traditional red and blue PepsiCo colours on a silver background, utilising the aluminium substrate of the bottle as an integral element of the design. The innovative design is produced at Rexam’s Ejpovice plant in the Czech Republic.
