E.Leclerc has inaugurated its first 'Pedestrian Drive' collection point for online purchases in Paris - E.Leclerc Relais - in the 18th arrondissement, at 52 avenue de Clichy.
The new service complement's the retailer's home delivery offer, chezmoi.leclerc, that was introduced for customers living in the area in March of last year.
The company intends to launch around 12 E.Leclerc Relais outlets in 2019.
Customers can choose from around 13,000 SKUs, which are available online at www.chezmoi.leclerc.
Purchases are available for pick up within seven hours of placing the order, between 10 am to 10 pm from Monday to Saturday.
