Coop Switzerland has launched a new range of vegan Easter treats made of Fairtrade Max Havelaar certified chocolate.
It includes two varieties of Easter bunnies in a meditative pose, and dark chocolate eggs.
The ‘Choco Bunny Coconut’ is made of light chocolate with almond paste and rice powder with grilled coconut topping.
‘Choco Bunny Passionfruit’ is made from delicately bitter dark chocolate and passion fruit, and offers a fresh and fruity taste.
The Easter eggs have a crunchy coating of quinoa crispies and raspberry-flavoured chocolate filling.
