Londis has revised its breakfast range, offering a new range of essential products and a best practice guide in an effort to help its retailers to grow the category in-store.
The retailer said that it has selected 19 must-stock items, including private label products from another Musgrave retail banner, SuperValu, which is currently the third largest retailer in its home market of Ireland. The product range includes SuperValu smoked back bacon, SuperValu free range eggs and SuperValu Apple Juice.
Accompanying the range is a new breakfast guide complete with tips, guidance on how to minimise waste and advice on complying with chilled legislation.
Londis sales director Scott Wharton said, “Getting your breakfast offer right is a quick and easy way for independent retailers to drive sales. Our new breakfast range and best practice guide give Londis retailers everything they need, and at the right price, to make the most of the growth potential of this category.”
