Wabel To Create Opportunities With Purchasing Groups

The Wabel Grocery Summit, one of Europe’s leading events for private label suppliers and buyers, will open its doors at the Hilton Hotel Paris Charles de Gaulle from 26 to 27 November.

Aiming to save time and costs in the sourcing and selling process, over 120 suppliers and more than 80 buyers will get together at the Summit to talk business over two days in private meetings pre-organized by Wabel in the run up to the event.

For private label suppliers, reaching the right buyer – at a strategic time – is a daily challenge. But through face-to-face meetings, the Wabel Summit connects suppliers directly to potential buyers.

Behind closed doors, suppliers leverage their sales processes as they present their products, offer tastings, and discuss the steps necessary for going forward.

Wabel provides participants with conferences, store checks, retailer insights and networking lunches: IRI will concentrate on sales performance, Mintel on the latest products innovations, and IFS on certification benefits.

They are actively looking for new private label products in the Grocery product categories at the Summit.

Suppliers participating at the Wabel Grocery Summit include La Rose Blanche (Tunisia), Rialto (Portugal), Cufrol (Italy), Okechamp (Netherlands), Varvello (Italy), Greencore (UK), DR Otto Suwelack (Germany), and many others.
