Carrefour Subsidiary Invests €77 Million To Acquire Three Spanish Shopping Centres

Carmila, a subsidiary company of the Carrefour Group which specialises in real estate, has purchased three shopping centres in Spain, all located next to Carrefour hypermarkets.

As reported by expansion.com, this represents an investment of €77 million. With this acquisitions, Carmila strengthens its real state portfolio, which last year was valued at €4.6 billion and includes 189 shopping centres distributed between Spain, France and Italy.

The newest acquisitions are in El Mirador (Burgos), Montigalà (Barcelona) and Atalayas (Murcia). Together, they account for over 30,000 square metres of commercial space.

The three shopping centres were purchased from Hispania Retail Properties.
