Fortenova Group has announced that it has fulfilled all regulatory and administrative conditions to complete the sale of Kompas Group to Springwater Capital.
The Kompas Group is one of the leading travel companies in the region, with operations in fifteen countries.
It is also one of the oldest and largest tour operators in the Adriatic region.
The company, headquartered in Slovenia and Croatia and founded in 1951, also operates in the retail and online travel agency (OTA) sectors.
It is also involved in Meetings, Incentives, Conference and Events (MICE), and Business Travel Centre (BTC) segments.
