Jumbo Voted 'Best Supermarket' For The 16th Time

Dutch supermarket chain Jumbo, based in Veghel, has won first place in GfK’s Summertime to Christmas report for the fourth consecutive time, and for the 16th time in total.

The report, published twice yearly for Food magazine, ranks the 18 largest Dutch supermarket chains according to customer appreciation and achievement.

A substantial delegation from Jumbo's management joined chief executive Frits van Eerd to receive the award.

“I am so proud our customers have voted us the best supermarket for the 16th time,” said van Eerd. “Not only is this a fantastic reward, it proves that our customers continue to rate us as highly as we value them.”
