Lidl UK Appoints Tim Henry As Operations Director

Discounter Lidl has confirmed the appointment of Tim Henry as its new operations director.

Henry, who has held a number of senior positions at the discounter over the past nine years, replaces Conor Boyle, who takes up the position of MD at Lidl Sweden.

Henry will oversee Lidl UK's ambitious expansion plans for 2013, which includes the opening of a further 30-35 new stores and the creation of over 1000 jobs.
