Lithuania's Maxima Grupė Unveils Number Of Management Changes

Lithuanian retailer Maxima Grupė has announced it is to remove the position of Head of Retail at the company, as part of a number of management changes there.

The departments of Purchases, Commercial Analysis and Marketing will now fall under the remit of Kristina Meidė, CEO and Member of the Board at Maxima LT.

The group's Corporate Affairs department has also been restructured, with Jaunius Špakauskas, currently the head of corporate affairs at the group, taking on a similar role at Maxima LT, subsidiary of Maxima Grupė.

Rosvaldas Gorbačiovas, former head of corporate affairs at Maxima LT, has been named the head of the communities relations unit within the group's department of Corporate Affairs.

Špakauskas' previous functions will be covered by Arvydas Žilinskas, head of corporate affairs at the parent company of Maxima Grupė – Vilniaus prekyba.
