Agrokor Launches Loyalty Programme In Montenegro

Croatian retail group Agrokor has rolled out its Super Kartica loyalty programme for customers of the group's Idea supermarket chain in Montenegro.

Super Kartica will replace the existing Pika loyalty programme and offer customers daily discounts on a selection of over 1,000 products.

In addition, the new programme includes more partners, such as Hipotekarna Banka, Intersport, Crnogorski Telekom, Lovćen Osiguranje, BENU Apoteke, Donator and Mil-Pop.

Loyalty Rewards

With the Super Kartica programme, consumers can collect one point for every €0.60 spent in Idea stores. The value of collected points in one accounting period (lasting three months) can then used during the next accounting period to receive discounts on purchases in Idea shops.

In addition to the basic loyalty card, the Super Kartica programme also includes the Senior Super card, intended for pensioners, and MasterCard Super Kartica, which is also a payment card.
