PortugalFoods' HUB Presents Sweets & Biscuits At ISM
The PortugalFoods HUB project featured at ISM, the world's largest trade fair for sweets and snacks, aligns the offer of Portuguese food and beverage with the needs of the global market, so that its companies can be recognised as suppliers of excellence.
This can be done by creating synergies between Portuguese F&B companies under the PortugalFoods umbrella, as well as presenting a global portfolio offer of innovative and differentiated products, adapted to serve foreign markets with high-quality products.
About PortugalFoods’ HUB Sweets & Biscuits
Portuguese nuns in convents invented the method and created special flavours for Portuguese sweets and biscuits in the sixteenth century. With the evolution from tradition to innovation, consumers can find PortugalFoods products that meet their health and well-being needs (featuring low-fat, low-sugar, and even sugar-free items), maintaining their original flavours and giving them an innovative twist.
