Spar Austria Opens New Store In Taufkirchen

Spar Austria has opened a new store in Taufkirchen an der Pram, in the district of Scharding (in Austria). The shop presents an interesting architectural design, featuring a large glass facade and a curved canopy.  In an area of circa 600 square meters it offers local and regional produce and the usual grocery staples.

"The whole team and my family and I have eagerly awaited the opening since construction started, in March," said Gabriele Redinger, Spar Manager. "We hope to support our customers with the best service and most adequate advice and provide them with all the necessities for their daily shopping."

The bakery section presents freshly baked traditional Austrian breads and pastries, including Semmerl, Kornspitz and Schwarzbrot. These are baked and delivered by local bakeries - Krenn Brot ( Münzkirchen), the Buchegger Bakery (Andorf) and the Jung Bakery (Taufkirchen).  Trained deli-counter staff assists with a selection of gourmet cheeses and AMA certified sausages and meats.
