SPAR Hungary Introduces Products Made From Recycled Materials

SPAR Hungary has announced that it has rolled out an assortment of ten products made from recycled materials.

It includes seven 'Re-Generation' bags made from recycled PET bottles and fully recyclable food containers.

The outer fabric, lining, shoulder straps, and handles of the Re-Generation bags are made with 100% recycled PET bottles.

The recycled components used in the bag comply with legislative requirements and factory standards.

It is also certified by the Global Recycled Standard (GRS), which ensures that it meets health and safety requirements.

Organic And Reusable

The food containers, from the brand Koziol, are organic and reusable.

It includes a two-piece food box set, a two-piece lunch box set and a flask with a projected lifespan of over ten years.

The production of these containers consumed a total of 90% less energy compared to similar products in glass, ceramic, and aluminium, Spar added.

Customers can also avail of discounts on the purchase of these products using their loyalty points until 27 September.

For every HUF1,000 spent at SPAR, shoppers earn a loyalty point, and with 20 loyalty points they can buy one of the ten products at a reduced rate, the retailer said.
