Spanish Spar Partner Opens Four New Stores

Spanish Spar partner, Lider Aliment, has opened four new stores in Huelva, Badajoz and Cadiz.

The new stores range in size from 150 to 467 square metres and feature 3,000 SKUs, including a full range of own-brand products.

The bakery, and fruit and vegetable departments feature self service areas, while the butchery and delicatessen are fully serviced by Spar staff.

Lider Aliment currently operates Spar outlets in Seville, Badajoz, Cordoba, Caceres and Huelva. The company expects to end this year with approximately €100 million worth of sales. It operates a total of 14 Spar stores.
