One year on from the launch of Continente Negócios, an online sales portal operated by the Sonae-owned Continente chain, the service is now used by over 800 companies, generating a turnover of over €2 million in its first year.
The online sales portal is aimed at all types of companies, from SMEs to large corporations.
Continente Negócios offers an assortment of 5,000 products, including office supplies, food, products for cleaning, and furniture.
One-Stop Shop
The one-stop shop offers business operators a space where they can order all the products needed for an office, benefitting from exclusive discounts by using the Continente Card and receiving deliveries.
Since the beginning of 2017, a customer portal has enabled businesses to place orders, view purchase histories, and manage their current accounts.
Continente Online provides large customers with dedicated account managers, offering a personalised service and facilitating the management of order flows.
