British retailer Marks and Spencer has installed Bose music and public address (PA) technology, currently in place in its UK stores, to its four French outlets.
Each of the Paris stores now operate the Bose music and PA system, similar to those in place in the retailer’s UK stores.
The retailer’s flagship French store is located on the Champs Elysées in Paris. Having proved so successful, the retailer expanded by opening three more stores in Aeroville, Beaugrenelle and So Ouest.
Technology firm PEL Services completed the design, supply and installation of the audio systems for the four M&S stores. The company also installed PEL Refuge Call systems in the French stores to enable disabled persons to alert the control station to any issues.
The equipment enables two-way conversations, via handset or hands-free devices.
