Waitrose Posts 0.5% Increase In Sales Last Week

UK retailer Waitrose has announced that its total sales last week, excluding fuel, were 0.5% higher than the same period last year.

The retailer attributed the marginal growth to ‘cooler weather influencing shopping compared to warmer temperatures a year ago’.
