Ebro Foods Sees Profits Rise By Over 25% In First Nine Months

Spain's Ebro Foods has posted a net profit of reached €127.3 million between January and September this year, which represents an increase of 25.3% when compared to the same period last year.

As reported by eleconomista.es, the rice and pasta producer's sales grew by 1.7%, reaching €250.2 million, an increase of 16.7% compared to last year.

The company is expecting to close the year with positive figures: it estimates sales of €2,471 million (0.4% more than in 2015), EBITDA of €340.7 million (an 8.3% increase) and net profit of €167.6 million (15.7% higher).
