Madama Oliva – Synonymous With Italian Excellence
In the early 1900s, in Castel Madama, a small town east of Rome, a number of families began to dry black olives to sell in the markets of the nearby capital. Among them was a young entrepreneur, Antonio Mancini.
In 1989, Angelo Mancini, Antonio's youngest son, merged the family business with the other olive farms/businesses in Castel Madama and created Madama Oliva. This marked the beginning of a new challenge: the ambition to bring the effort and hard work, the quality of a unique product, and the values of a territory even further.
Madama Oliva quickly established itself as one of the most important Italian suppliers to the retail market in the olive sector, becoming the first Italian exporter of table olives to the United States and Japanese markets.
Today, Madama Oliva is an international brand, present on all five continents, and its name is synonymous with products of excellence for the table.
Its greatest merit is that it has preserved the spirit of its origins and continues to work to respect the quality and beauty of an amazing product, experiencing the pride and the privilege of sharing the goodness and culture of a unique culinary tradition.
Madama Oliva's products are born from the deep knowledge and love that it has for these fruits, and the will to preserve the authenticity of the land.
