Based in Italy, Dolceria Alba started producing high-quality frozen desserts in 2006. The company currently operates two plants in the north-west of Italy, in the Piedmont region.
Dolceria Alba supplies a myriad of sales channels: supermarkets, door-to-door distributors, C&C – club stores and foodservice chains. The company develops products for leading Italian and international retailers all over the world, and 65% of its turnover is generated from private labels.
Since the beginning, Dolceria Alba has built a reputation, thanks to products such as its Quadrotto (individual square cakes and semifreddo), and, building on this success, it is launching a new line of rectangular single servings: Dolc’Ego.
