The Spanish frozen bread company, Europastry, has announced it will launch three new categories, made with different cereals. The products are 100% natural, without additives.
The new selection includes whole grain bread, (high in fibre sourdough) high protein (sesame, sunflower and flaxseed options) and high energy options, which combine cereal and fruit.
All of these products are in response to market trends, says the company. Europastry have also introduced its new spelt bar, with less gluten and more fibre. The product is made with spelt flour and sourdough.
