Coop Switzerland has launched a new range of toiletry products designed for children, under its Naturaline private label cosmetics brand.

The retailer says that the products are manufactured with sustainable and eco-friendly principles, while the main aim is to offer customers a simple way to treat children's delicate skin.

The wide range of products includes soap, shower gel, shampoo and bubble bath, with extracts such as daisy, rose and mint.

Coop says that all the products in this range are of natural origin, containing at least 98% natural raw materials, as well as avoiding synthetic dyes, silicone and mineral oil.

With regards to packaging, the products are designed for little hands and feature friendly monster drawings. The assortment is produced by Coop's subsidiary company Steinfels Swiss, located in Winterthur.

“What is essential for us is that products are made in Switzerland,” said Kerstin Czermak, brand manager for Coop's Swiss Naturaline range.

"Not only for sustainable development issues, but also because the strict controls and certification processes lead to an impeccable quality."
