'Stay With Ukraine' Campaign Calls For Retailer Support

Stay With Ukraine, a campaign to help raise funds for humanitarian support for those affected by the war in Ukraine, is putting out the call to European retailers to help support its cause.

The campaign is asking retailers to allocate as many products as possible to raise funds to support those that lost their loved ones, homes, health and purpose due to the Russian invasion.

Supermarkets are encouraged to slightly increase the price of certain products on the shelves and allocate a small percentage of their profits to the collection of funds. This in turn could be matched by manufacturer discounts, meaning the final price for the consumer will barely change, but the possible impact could be huge. Collected funds will be used for direct purchasing of essential items.

Along with price tag promotions and in-store posters, the campaign will highlight retailers' involvement through social media, national TV campaigns, YouTube, LinkedIn and media collaborations.
