The company’s mission is to develop traditional recipes on a large scale, offering the best-quality product at the best-possible price, while also remaining faithful to traditional Italian flavours.
The company adheres to GSFS, IFS and halal certification standards, and has moved towards a clean-label approach, which means that its products are preservative-free, trans-fat-free, GMO-free and palm-oil-free.
Currently, the company operates two production facilities – both in the north-west of Italy – and it is planning to consolidate these into a bigger plant, close to Turin, in early 2018.
