Tate & Lyle Appoints New Chief Human Resources Officer

Ingredients maker Tate & Lyle has appointed Tamsin Vine as its new chief human resources officer and a member of the company's executive committee.

Vine assumed her new role on 1 December 2022, where she will lead the global human resources team and focus on driving talent development and creating a diverse and inclusive place to work.

Commenting on her new role, Vine said, "I’m excited to have the opportunity to lead our outstanding global HR team and to continue to build a culture at Tate & Lyle where colleagues can thrive both personally and professionally, and truly live our purpose of Transforming Lives through the Science of Food."

An Experienced Professional

Vine is an experienced professional who joined Tate & Lyle in November 2021 as vice president of human resources, responsible for corporate functions, organisational development and talent.

Before joining Tate & Lyle, she spent 12 years in global roles with Sodexo in Paris, responsible for all aspects of people development, ranging from recruitment to learning and leadership development, performance and talent management, the company noted.

She has also served in senior positions at WorldPay and Vodafone.
