Carrefour Polska has announced that it will implement additional services in its stores to enhance customers’ shopping experience during the coronavirus pandemic.
These include the expansion of the retailer's ‘Click & Collect’ service, the option of courier delivery, a telephone-based shopping option, as well as a ‘Scan & Go’ service.
Carrefour is also expanding its e-grocery offer with a range of ready-made shopping baskets. Baskets can be ordered from the Carrefour online platform, and also through a Carrefour account on the Allegro platform.
The service offers five types of ready-made packages, each containing between 16 and 25 products that do not require refrigeration: Basket for Everyone, Basket for Seniors, Drugstore Basket, Family Basket, and Vegetarian Basket.
The baskets are sent by courier within two business days, or alternatively, customers in Warsaw, Katowice and Krakow have the additional option of collecting them from Click & Collect points at specific Carrefour stores.
Baskets sell for PLN139,99 (€31), while baskets for seniors cost PLN99,99, (€22), excluding delivery costs.
