Maxima Latvija Redesigns Paldies Loyalty Card

Maxima Latvija is redesigning the Paldies loyalty programme card and is replacing the old orange card with a blue version after more than 18 years.

Customers can buy the newly designed Paldies card at any Maxima Latvija store.

Existing loyalty programme members, who have the old version orange card, will be able to use the same without any issues, the retailer noted.

Elīna Stībele, sales director of Maxima Latvija, said, "The Paldies card is one of the first loyalty cards in Latvian retail and was first introduced to customers 18 years ago. It is noteworthy that it has undergone a major visual change in its 'coming of age' year and has acquired a new concept design that will be uniform across the Baltics.

"The functionality of the newly designed card and the loyalty programme benefits for customers will remain unchanged, and authentication will continue to be possible in three ways that are convenient for customers: with the card's magnetic stripe, with NFC functionality or contactless authentication, and with the card's barcode."
