Carrefour Rolls Out E-Commerce Platform In Beijing

Carrefour has announced the rollout of a new e-commerce platform in the Chinese market of Beijing.

In a statement, the retailer said that the business "consolidates all consumer friendly features", including store deliveries, multiple payment channels and shopping via a mobile app.

The service also has a bilingual function, and Carrefour is also offering free return of goods in all offline stores.

"These services will allow customers to shop from various products available in hypermarkets, while enjoying shopping delivery service at their place," it said.
